Standard service      $45 per hour

Urgent service        $55 per hour

For most files we try to turn around within 24 hours – however for larger files this may be longer. Urgent involves less than 24 hour turnaround.

Copy typing

Handwritten documents/letters, information from extracts for insertion into other documents, tidy up and or reformatting of existing documents, we will cater to your needs to produce the documents you require.

Printing, scanning and binding

Colour or black and white, documents copied, indexed, filed in folders, in sections, bound, multiple copies...  to meet your requirements and specifications.

We can provide the printing and binding services to meet your needs.

Standard black and white printing     $0.12 per page

Colour printing$0.20 per page

Scanning $0.10

Binding$7.00 per bound volume

Administrative time:  for jobs which involve time greater than10 minutes, charged in 10 minute blocks at $50 per hour

Urgent printing, scanning or binding tasks (faster than our 24 hour turnaround) attract a 25% urgent fee.

For most files we try to turn around within 24 hours – however for larger files this may be longer. Urgent involves less than 4 turnaround.

We can proofread documents using tracked changes, or on a hard copy (we print your document) and mark up by hand, scanning the proofed document back to you for approval.

Business Administrative services

 

Business administrative support

We offer business support services, taking care of your day to day accounting needs, and work with you in your business to provide; completed accounts, monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, and GST/payroll services.  We will work with your accountant to ensure compliance to statutory obligations is met.

Whilst many of our clients use XERO, we also have experience in MYOB and Ace payroll.
